The restaurant of Cesa Padon Hotel in Livinallongo, Arabba, is dedicated to the culinary traditions of the Dolomites, with some flavoursome deviation towards Mediterranean and international classics. The balance of taste and atmosphere is spotless: the cosy, almost homelike, ambience is enhanced by light wood and natural finishes. The hotel’s cuisine, entrusted to the chef Luciano’s mastery, combines appetizing aromas, colours, flavours and ingredients of premium quality and freshness, including aromatic herbs from the Hotel’s own kitchen garden in summer. Homemade desserts and a varied list of wines and grappas add the final touch to a rich and scrumptious dinner.
