The project involved the purchase and installation of the Rational iVario multifunctional cooking system, including base frame and stainless steel trolley, with the aim of modernising and improving the efficiency of the kitchen at the Restaurant of Hotel Cesa Padon.

The introduction of this advanced technology made it possible to replace several traditional pieces of equipment, improving production processes, reducing energy consumption, optimising available space, and decreasing staff workload.
